Back in the UK, trying to make sense of my photos, my notes, and all that we learned about maternal mortality in Sierra Leone. The urgency is indisputable – countless women are dying needlessly and in great pain – but is there the political will in the government and among donors to take immediate, decisive action?

No future aid being provided from anywhere.
If only politics would really be for the people….
In the name of Humanity please I appeal our leaders to do something on this issue.
Amnesty International frequently misrepresents the actual facts on the ground. Particularly as they apply to Israel…so I wonder at all its reporting.
I am very interested and extremely concerned with Human Rights issues. Thank God, there is an organization namely AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL who is really doing a great job in spreading awareness as well as protecting Human Rights. I am indeed a proud member of AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL.
Being both a human rights activist and a medical doctor, I feel shocked on learning about the situation and more by the apathy.
I wonder, if the world leaders have something named “conscience” !!!
