These allegations were widely seen as an attempt by the government to misrepresent the LICHR and to undermine its attempts to secure the necessary financial and social support to carry out its work. " What a joke. Amnesty is lying. Nobody in Estonia considers this as an attempt to discredit the LICHR. It is a fact that LICHR is beeing financed by the Russian foreign ministry. This is not an oppinion or an accusation. LICHR also constantly praises war crimes commited against Estonian civilians.
